Boracay friends reported that Mr. Rey dela Rosa, former chair of the defunct Emminent Persons Group-Boracay died Tuesday noon of an illness.

    The Island of Boracay will be better off now that the media Devil, Rey Dela Rosa is dead. He has been a parasite praying on the foreigner residents of Boracay promising them the world. All Rey was and ever will be is a glorified fixer with his self-proclaimed title "Emminent Persons Group-Boracay." He was involved in corruption, land grabbing, libel, slander, and the list goes on and on. Good Riddance!
